Christina Swartz, ACC

Christina has dedicated her career to supporting the growth and development of organizational leaders and other professional staff.  She works with her clients as they advance their careers by helping them to move more quickly up the learning curve.

As a former leader and business owner herself, she has lived the leadership life and has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that people who lead organizations face. Her client work includes personal branding and rebranding, executive presence, setting boundaries, dealing with overwhelm and managing time and priorities.

Christina lives with her husband two kids, dog and cockatiel in Winchester, Virginia.  She enjoys anything food related, eating, cooking, and trying new restaurants.  In addition to food, she loves art, music and traveling with her family.  Her daily practice of gratitude is her favorite thing to do each day.

Education and Training:

Christina received her coaching training at Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership and is certified by the International Coaching Federation.  She did her undergraduate studies in Psychology and has completed several graduate courses as well.
