Doug Hensch

Throughout his career as a coach, consultant, author and podcaster, Doug has leveraged his curiosity and passion for learning to help executives, teams and entire organizations increase their effectiveness.

Doug is a resident of Leesburg, VA, a formerly sleepy suburb about 45 miles from downtown, Washington, DC. He spends his free time listening to podcasts, experimenting with homemade protein bar recipes and reading anything that piques his curiosity. He firmly believes that Rogue One is the best Star Wars movie, yet.

Doug has published two books: Positively Resilient – 5 1/2 Secrets to Beat Stress, Overcome Obstacles & Defeat Anxiety (2016) and Re-Thinking Humility – Getting Back to An Essential Ingredient of Great Leadership (2022).

Education and Training:

Doug received his coaching certification from the International Coach Academy and holds a handful of certifications in several individual and organizational assessment instruments. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania and holds his Master’s Degree in Education from Temple University.
